If you have a Subfield, simply add that to the Field Number.
For example, a Field Number of 1 with a Subfield of A would be 1A.

For AgWin HATS to conduct the pre-harvest sampling, the licensee and/or designated representative must be present on the day/time of sampling.
As of April 10, 2023, the prices have changed. It will cost $500 for the first sample, $300 for samples 2 - 4, and the price for all samples taken over 4 on the same day within 3 miles of each other will be $200.The results from the sample will be complete within 72 hours. plus shipping time.
The sampler will place a label on each sample box containing a unique QR Code, along with the following message.
THIS PACKAGE CONTAINS AN APPROVED AGRICULTURE SAMPLE TO BE TESTED FOR USDA. HANDLE WITH CARE
Once your form is submitted, we will contact you for payment and to schedule a date and time for the sample to be taken.
An appointment date and time for sampling will only be made once payment is made, so please make plans to be sampled in advance. We cannot guarantee that if payment is made on one day, sampling can be scheduled for the next day.
